WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Any returns of unopened and unused products will be accepted within 30 days from the shipment date. All returns are credited in the original form of payment. Please contact our customer service team at getbeautiful@girlboybeauty.com to start the return process. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Usually, you can expect it to arrive within 7 business days. If you don’t receive your order, contact our customer service at getbeautiful@girlboybeauty.com and a representative will reach out to you within 48 hours to resolve the issue.

Our cosmetics sell fast! If what you’re looking for is currently unavailable, you can either keep checking back (we get new stock weekly!) or contact our customer service team at getbeautiful@girlboybeauty.com to be notified when your item is back in stock.

Currently we do not ship internationally.

We charge a flat rate of $10 for all orders.
